Growing up nothing beat the arrival of a new book. The crisp, clean edges were always a sign that I was the first to experience the thrills and adventure that lied within the pages. A new book can turn a bad day into a great one, a sad moment into a happy one. But unfortunately not everyone gets to experience the joy that comes with a new book. It is with this thought that we are introducing a donation program in correlation with the release of Brooke and Collins’ Rainy Day Adventure.
The program is simple. You have the opportunity to purchase a book and have it donated to a child who doesn’t get to experience the over joyous emotions that come with a new book. All donated books will be hand delivered to either Dell Children’s Hospital or a local elementary school/public library for them to add to their collection.
Through these two spaces we have the ability to reach a wide array of children, allowing them to join Brooke and Collins as they escape the horrid rainstorm and travel through the green jungle.
The steps to donate are the same as purchasing a copy of the book for yourself. The only difference is that you will not be charged a shipping fee for the order and the donated copy will not be mailed to you. Your donation will be anonymous; however, everyone that donates will receive an e-mail with specifics regarding their donation.
